WebHelpdesk is another way to request assistance through the IT Helpdesk. It allows you to create and check the status of work orders.

Work order requests can include:

  • getting a password reset
  • establishing an account for various IT services
  • data connection repair & installation
  • help with email and other campus network services
  • new computer setups & recommendations
  • phone & voicemail repair and installation
  • ... and much more!
